These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Grail app ("Grail", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Grail lets you track a portfolio of trading cards (Pokémon TCG and One Piece Card Game), including current and historical market prices, wallets shared with other collectors, and wishlists. Card and set data, and reference prices, are provided by third-party market sources and are shown for informational purposes only.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Grail.
Prices are informational only
Market prices shown in the app are sourced from third-party trading card marketplaces and are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee their accuracy, and Grail is not a marketplace: we do not process, broker, or guarantee any purchase or sale of physical cards. Any links to third-party marketplaces (e.g. TCGPlayer, Cardmarket) take you to services we do not control and are not responsible for.
Shared wallets
If you create or join a shared wallet, you understand that other members of that wallet can see and, depending on their role, edit the cards and quantities in it. You are responsible for who you invite.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app — including attempting to access other users' accounts or wallets without authorization, or interfering with the normal operation of the service.
Availability
Grail is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the app or its backend services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Termination
You may stop using Grail and delete your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy for how). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
